NO PHYSICAL CONTACT is to be made with any of our actors.

SMOKING, ALCOHOL, AND LIGHTERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the building.

NO RUNNING OR LOITERING inside the haunted house.

NO CELL PHONES, LASER POINTERS, FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO inside the haunted house.

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY PROPS OR SCENERY.

District of the Dead reserves the right to deny admission to anyone APPEARING TO BE INTOXICATED OR USING DRUGS. If our staff notices either of these conditions you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Due to an overall physical demanding haunted house experience individuals wearing any form of cast or using crutches will also not be admitted.

Anyone not following these simple rules in a family fun environment will be asked to leave without a refund. Actors have the right to eject you from the haunted house at anytime if they feel you are not following the rules.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: District of the Dead is not recommended for pregnant women, children under the age of 13, individuals on any sort of medication, prone to heart conditions, seizures, serious asthma, or WIMPS!

Our haunted house utilizes all of the following and should be taken into consideration prior to admission: Very low lighting, intense audio, fog, strobe lights, various special effects, and shock factors.

There are various emergency exits throughout the haunted house with “glow-in-the-dark” signs above each doorway. Once you have exited, you will not be permitted back in.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any personal property will be put into the lost and found box at the end of each night. You may leave your contact information with us prior to exiting.

Tickets purchased both online and at the door are non-refundable.
